About iAPS
iAPS is an open-source artificial pancreas system based on the OpenAPS algorithm. It runs on iPhone and communicates with compatible continuous glucose monitors (CGMs) and insulin pumps to automate insulin delivery — helping people with Type 1 diabetes maintain tighter glucose control around the clock.
The algorithm supports multiple dosing strategies including oref0, Logarithmic, Sigmoid, and autoISF. All are configurable without requiring medical or developer expertise, thanks to an active community of users and contributors.
